The Pacesetter Award is presented by the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association to individuals or organizations who have demonstrated innovative leadership to public sector labor relations. The Pacesetter Award recognizes those individuals who, through their professional achievements, have had a direct impact on their organization in resolving conflicts, addressing new challenges, or assisting others in their growth in the field of public sector labor relations and human resources. Pacesetter are models who are used and copied by others in their field.

The following recipients of the Pacesetter Award have served all, or part, of their distinguished careers with a Wisconsin public sector employer.

 

  • 1997: Glen Blahnik

  • 2001: Joe Rains & Patrick Glynn

  • 2002: WPELRA Board of Directors
