The
Wisconsin
Public Employer Labor Relations Association (WPELRA) is a
professional, nonprofit association formed to provide the highest
standard of excellence in assisting and representing public sector
employers in the area of labor relations.
WPELRA
membership is composed of both novice and experienced public sector
labor relations professionals representing state agencies, state
universities, technical college districts, counties, towns, cities,
villages, school districts, and other governmental entities. Some
members are also attorneys and private consultants exclusively serving
the management of public sector jurisdictions.
WPELRA
represents a broad range of employers from those with only a few
employees to those with employees numbering in the thousands. This
professional mix provides a unique opportunity for the exchange of
perspectives, information and skills.
WPELRA
members are able to draw from a vast pool of resources and have many
opportunities to contribute to the success and growth of the
organization.
WPELRA provides its members many learning opportunities
through seminars, conferences, and newsletters (see Benefits page).
